Previously, on November 16, steel price decreased by about 300 VND/kg, on December 7th, steel price decreased from 310 VND/kg to 460 VND/kg. Thus, after two adjustments, steel price decreased by over 700 VND/kg (depending on product and brand).
Specifically, the price of CB240 coil steel of Hoa Phat Group (HM: HPG) in the North decreased by 400 VND/kg to 16,260 VND/kg; D10 CB300 steel reduced by 310 VND/kg, priced at 16,410 VND/kg.
In the Central region, down 410 VND/kg for both of its products, currently CB240 coil line is down to 16,310 VND/kg; D10 CB300 rebar is currently priced at 16,360 VND/kg.
In the southern market, prices have also been adjusted with two of its products, including CB240 coil, down 340 VND/kg to 16,160 VND/kg; D10 CB300 rebar is currently priced at 16,260 VND/kg, down 400 VND/kg.
Similarly, Vietnam Italy Steel reduced the selling price, with CB240 coil line down 400 VND/kg, down to 16,210 VND/kg; D10 CB300 steel reduced by 410 VND/kg, currently priced at 16,310 VND/kg.
Viet Duc steel brand in the North, with CB240 steel coil, decreased by 410 VND/kg, down to 16,240 VND/kg; Rebar D10 CB300 also decreased by 410 VND/kg, priced at 16,540 VND/kg. In the Central region, with CB240 coil, it decreased by 410 VND/kg to 16,290 VND/kg; Rebar D10 CB300 reduced by 400 VND/kg, currently priced at 16,600 VND/kg.
Thai Nguyen steel brand also adjusted down 410 VND/kg for CB240 coil to 16,440 VND/kg, with CB300 rebar down 450 VND/kg, to 16,600 VND/kg.
TQIS steel brand (Tuyen Quang Iron and Steel Co., Ltd.), CB240 coil steel decreased by 400 VND/kg, down to 15,860 VND/kg, D10 CB300 rebar decreased 400 VND/kg, down to 16,010 VND/kg.
Viet Nhat Steel both of its products simultaneously decreased by 460 VND/kg, with CB240 coil line currently at 16,090 VND/kg; D10 CB300 rebar is priced at 16,190 VND/kg.
Pomina steel brand in the Central region, currently CB240 coil line decreased by 410 VND/kg, down to 16,390 VND/kg; Rebar D10 CB300 reduced by 400 dong, priced at 16,400 dong/kg. In the South, CB240 steel coil decreased by 410 VND, to 16,390 VND/kg; Rebar D10 CB300 decreased by 400 VND, to 16,600 VND/kg.
Viet My Steel in the North, with two products of the company down 400 dong, currently CB240 coils down to 15,960 dong/kg; Rebar D10 CB300 has a price of 16,060 VND/kg.
In the Central region, steel price was also adjusted down 400 dong, to 16,060 dong/kg for CB240 coil and 16,110 dong/kg for D10 CB300 rebar.
