NHA closes the right to offer shares

The owner of Hanoi South Housing and Urban Development Investment Company (HM: NHA) announced on January 21 the last registration to exercise the right to buy additional shares. 

The time to transfer the right to buy from January 27 to February 21 and the time to register and pay for the purchase from January 27 to February 28.


The company offers 14 million shares to existing shareholders at the price of 10,000 VND/share. The right exercise ratio is 2:1, charter capital is expected to increase from VND 281 billion to VND 422 billion. Enterprises mobilize capital to invest in Hoa Mac hotel project, Moc Bac residential project and Hoa Mac BT project.




In the first 9 months of 2021, NHA recorded a net revenue of nearly VND 80 billion, up 18.4% over the same period last year. However, the high cost of goods sold made profit after tax reached 1.6 billion dong, down sharply from 20.4 billion dong in the same period last year. In terms of revenue structure, 100% of revenue comes from construction activities, selling goods and providing services, 3 times higher than the same period last year. 



The enterprise has no revenue from investment real estate while the same period last year recorded nearly 41 billion dong.

Two Deputy General Managers of A Bank sold 1.44 million shares. Two Deputy General Directors of Nam A Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Nam A Bank, UPCoM: NAB) sold a total of 1.44 million shares of NAB due to personal financial needs.


Specifically, Mr. Nguyen Danh Thiet - Deputy General Director of Nam A Bank successfully sold 940,000 shares of NAB on January 5, 2021, reducing his ownership ratio at the Bank from 0.34% (1.76 million shares) to 0.16%. (819,669 shares).


Based on the price of 19,800 VND/share, Mr. Thiet is estimated to have collected nearly 19 billion VND after divesting capital.

 Previously, Mr. Hoang Viet Cuong - Deputy General Director of Nam A Bank also successfully sold 500,000 shares during November 26-24 December 2021, reducing his ownership ratio at the Bank from 0.33% (1.69 million shares). ) to 0.23% (1.19 million shares).



Immediately after selling the shares, Mr. Cuong continued to register to sell 400,000 shares during the period of December 30, 2021-January 26, 2022.

It is expected that after the transaction, Mr. Cuong will continue to reduce his ownership rate at the Bank to 0.15%, equivalent to 789,425 shares of NAB.
