The Hanoi Stock Exchange has just announced the first trading day of the shares registered for trading of Kon Tum Construction Materials Production and Supply Joint Stock Company with the stock code NXT.
Specifically, 3.3 million shares of NXT will be traded for the first time on UPCoM on December 9, 2021, the reference price is VND 12,000/share.
Kon Tum Construction Materials Production and Supply Joint Stock Company is a company operating under the first registration certificate dated 10/10/2005 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Kon Tum province with a charter capital of 33 billion dong.
The Company's main business lines are the production of building materials from clay, the wholesale of materials and other installation equipment in construction.
In terms of business activities, by the end of 2020, NXT recorded a net revenue of more than 34 billion dong, up 79% over the same period last year. However, COGS increased more strongly (doubled in the same period) causing gross profit margin to narrow from 36% to 20%. After deducting expenses and taxes, NXT earned nearly 2.5 billion dong in net profit, down 23% over the same period.

At the end of 2020, NXT's total assets were more than VND 117 billion, an increase of 66% compared to the beginning of the year. Notably, short-term receivables are more than 43.8 billion dong, nearly 8 times higher. In which, receivable from EMP Technology Joint Stock Company is more than 18 billion dong (no such amount was recorded at the beginning of the year).
Notably, buyers made short-term prepayments of more than 38.8 billion VND (at the beginning of the year, it was only 40 million VND). This is the customer's advance payment to be made under the construction and installation contracts of the items of the solar battery project, the implementation time is from 6-9 months from the date of signing the contract.
